To create your new account, please follow the instructions listed below. If you are experiencing difficulties setting up your account, please leave a  message on the utility billing line at (763) 271-3228 and we will return your call as soon as possible. 

Residential Accounts:  When entering your name, list it in all CAPITAL LETTERS  (ex. BILL & SUE ANDERSON).  If your statement has two individual names listed, such as JIM SMITH on the first line and JAN JOHNSON on the second line, set up the account using the first name on the bill.  When filling in your utility account number, please include the dash and all beginning or ending zeros.  (ex. 009012-000). Thank you.

Commercial Business Accounts:  When initially setting up your online account, please list your business name on the "Last Name" field instead of on the "First Name" field.  Also, when filling in your Utility Account Number, please include the dash and all zeros.  Thank you.
